Ongoing volatility in global fuel markets has led many of our transportation carriers to increase the fuel component within their freight rates. As these additional costs are passed on to us, it is necessary to reflect them in our pricing in order to maintain reliable service.
Effective immediately, any increases in fuel costs from our carriers will be passed through to customers as a fuel-related adjustment. This may appear as a separate “Fuel Adjustment” on quotes and invoices or be incorporated into the total transportation rate. In all cases, it reflects only the incremental fuel costs incurred.
We continuously monitor fuel costs and market conditions and will adjust this component only when significant changes occur. Any updates will be communicated clearly and in a timely manner, including the effective date and impact.
